All new Single Family Dwellings, Town Homes, Duplexes, Condominiums and Apartment units that are submitted for permitting on or after July 1, 2017, are required to provide a Blower Door Test/Leakage report prior to the issue of a Certificate of Occupancy.

The installation of all above-ground pools and sheds require a permit.
