The new Florida Building Code becomes effective 12-31-2017. Any permit packages that are received by the Building Division on that day or after will be subject to the new code and requirements.
Water and sewer tie-in inspections have been eliminated - please make preparations accordingly.

All new Single Family Dwellings, Town Homes, Duplexes, Condominiums and Apartment units that are submitted for permitting on or after July 1, 2017, are required to provide a Blower Door Test/Leakage report prior to the issue of a Certificate of Occupancy.
