Financial Assistance

The Neighbor Helping Neighbor program is a partnership with Citrus County nhn

Community Support Services, Citrus County Utilities and customers to assist customers who are financially in need.

Community Support Services screens each applicant to determine eligibility to pay a delinquent bill. All customers may sign up to contribute funds into this program. If you need to reach Community Support Services, please call (352) 527-5900.

Application

After you sign up to help others, your monthly bill is rounded to the next dollar. For example, if your bill is $49.50 it would be rounded off to $50.00.
