Public Works

The Department of Public Works Administrative Office manages and guides the Aquatics, Engineering, Facilities, Fleet, Road Maintenance and Solid Waste Divisions whose responsibilities include the long-term planning, development and maintenance of the infrastructure for the County.  Additional responsibilities of the Department of Public Works include: Managing two general aviation airports, ADA compliance, and the design, development and implementation of County building projects. The Beverly Hills and Citrus Springs MSBU projects are also coordinated through this office.
